| Maritime Competence Center (MKS) was formed by members of the Norwegian shipping industry in 1996. Today, almost 50 shipping companies are members and rely on MKS to ensure the recruitment of their future officers. Some of our main tasks are supervising the on board training, to map members' requirements for qualifying competence courses, to arrange courses for maritime personnel and to administrate the Maritime Recruitment Pool. |
